Radleys GreenHouse Plus Parallel Synthesiser
The Radleys GreenHouse Plus Parallel Synthesiser is a unique personal synthesiser which allows you to perform 24 reactions in parallel with reaction volumes of 0.5ml to 7ml. A removable reaction block holds 24 x 16mm OD glass reaction tubes in the same footprint as a standard micro titer plate, allowing simple and rapid transfer of samples to and from micro titer plates with a multi-channel pipettor. Combined reflux and additions head provides highly effective refluxing within all 24 individual glass reaction tubes, with the ability to make reagent additions under constant inert conditions. The single rotating magnetic field vigorously stirs individual PTFE magnetic bars in each of the 24 glass reaction tubes ensuring parallel stirring. All 24 glass reaction tubes are heated using a stirring hotplate from ambient to +150°C with an accuracy of +/-0.5°C. Optional cooled reactions to -70°C are achieved using the cooling reservoir. The removable cooling reservoir fits between the stirrer and GreenHouse assembly, allowing simultaneous stirring and cooling.
